Who Are We?

안녕하세요, 샴페인 새생명교회 청년부입니다!⛪️

저희 공동체는 어바나-샴페인 지역의 학부생, 대학원생 및 직장인으로 구성되어 있으며, 주 안에서 믿음의 성숙을 서로 사랑으로 격려하며 주님의 제자로 살길 소망하는 신앙공동체입니다.

What Do We Do?

청년부 주요 모임은 매주 주일예배 직후에 있으며, 소그룹으로 모여서 설교말씀을 바탕으로 신앙 나눔과 교제를 하고 있습니다. 청년부 주요 행사인 수련회 및 lock-in 때는 집중적으로 하나님을 예배하고 찬양하는 은혜로운 시간을 가지고 있습니다. 그 외에 저희는 주중 성경공부, 캠퍼스 예배, 바베큐 모임, 피크닉, 종강 Banquet 등의 다양한 이벤트와 보드게임과 운동 등의 액티비티를 통하여 하나가 되는 즐거운 교제의 시간들을 가지고 있습니다. 청년부는 또한 교회의 여러 섬김의 자리에서 찬양팀, 음향팀, 주일학교 선생님 등으로 봉사하고 있습니다.

When & Where Can You Meet Us?

주일예배는 오전 11시에 시작됩니다. 교회 위치(2901 Watterson Ct, Champaign, IL 61822)가 캠퍼스에서 약간 떨어져있지만 청년들이 어려움 없이 예배와 교제 및 활동에 참석할 수 있도록 라이드를 제공하고 있습니다! 라이드가 필요하시다면 페이지 하단의 라이드 신청 링크를 이용해주세요. 또한 함께 예배를 드리기를 원하시는 분, 새 학기를 맞아 정착 도움이 필요하신 분, 교회에 대한 질문이 있으신 분은 페이지 하단의 카카오톡 오픈채팅방으로 연락주세요.

Hello! We are the Young Adults Ministry of New Life Korean Church of Champaign! ⛪️

Our community is made up of undergraduate students, graduate students, and young professionals in the Urbana-Champaign area. We seek to grow in faith together, encourage one another in love, and live as disciples of Jesus Christ.

Our main gathering takes place every Sunday after worship. We meet in small groups to discuss the sermon, encourage one another in faith, and enjoy fellowship. Throughout the year, we also host retreats and lock-ins where we spend focused time worshiping and praising God. Other activities include weekday Bible studies, campus worship gatherings, BBQs, picnics, end-of-semester banquets, board games, sports, and many other opportunities to build community and have fun together. Additionally, our young adults serve in various ministries throughout the church, including the praise team, sound team, and Children's Ministry.

Sunday worship begins at 11am. Since the church is a bit of a distance from campus (about a 15-minute drive), we provide rides so that students and young adults can easily join us for worship, fellowship, and other activities. Our church is located at 2901 Watterson Ct, Champaign, IL 61822. If you need a ride to church, please submit the ride request form below.
