Children's Ministry (Pre/K-Grade 5)
"보라 자식들은 여호와의 기업이요 태의 열매는 그의 상급이로다." (시편 127:3)
자녀들은 하나님께서 각 가정에 맡겨 주신 귀한 기업입니다. 우리는 하나님께서 부모님들에게 맡기신 이 소중한 다음 세대에게 믿음을 잘 전수하는 것을 주일학교의 가장 중요한 사명으로 생각합니다. 우리가 경험하고 사랑하는 하나님, 그리고 우리를 구원하신 예수 그리스도를 아이들에게 바르게 가르치고, 하나님의 말씀 안에서 자라갈 수 있도록 최선을 다해 섬기겠습니다.
저희 주일학교는 가스펠 프로젝트(The Gospel Project) 교재를 사용합니다. 이 커리큘럼은 창세기부터 요한계시록까지 이어지는 하나님의 구원의 역사를 배우며, 성경 전체가 예수 그리스도를 가리키고 있음을 아이들이 자연스럽게 이해하도록 돕습니다.
주일학교는 프리스쿨부터 5학년까지를 대상으로 하며, 매주 오전 11시에 예배를 시작합니다. 아이들은 하나님을 찬양하고 말씀을 들으며, 이후에는 말씀과 연결된 크래프트(craft) 활동, 스낵 시간, 그리고 선생님들과 함께하는 즐거운 게임과 교제 시간을 갖습니다. 아이들이 즐겁고 안전한 환경 속에서 하나님을 알아가고, 믿음 안에서 친구들과 함께 성장할 수 있도록 돕고 있습니다.
또한 저희는 가정과 교회가 함께 다음 세대를 세워가는 것을 매우 중요하게 생각합니다. 매주 부모님들께 예배 내용과 공지사항을 전달하여, 아이들이 어떤 본문의 말씀을 배우고 있는지, 어떤 찬양을 함께 부르고 있는지 공유해 드립니다. 이를 통해 부모님들께서도 가정에서 말씀을 이어 나누고 자녀의 신앙생활에 적극적으로 참여하실 수 있도록 돕고자 합니다.

Children are a precious heritage entrusted by God to each family. We believe that one of the most important missions of our Children's Ministry is to faithfully pass on the faith to the next generation that God has entrusted to parents. We are committed to teaching children about the God we know and love, and about Jesus Christ, our Savior, so that they may grow deeply rooted in God's Word and become lifelong followers of Christ.
Our Children's Ministry uses The Gospel Project curriculum. Through this Christ-centered curriculum, children explore the story of God's redemption from Genesis to Revelation and learn that the entire Bible points to Jesus Christ.
Our Children's Ministry serves children from Preschool through 5th Grade and begins every Sunday at 11am Children worship God through songs, listen to His Word, and participate in activities that help them engage with the lesson, including crafts, snack time, and fun games and fellowship with their teachers. We desire to provide a joyful and safe environment where children can know God, experience His love, and grow together in faith with their friends.
We also believe that the church and families must work together to build the next generation of faith. Each week, we share worship updates and announcements with parents, including the Bible passages children are learning and the worship songs they are singing. Through this communication, we encourage parents to continue conversations about God's Word at home and actively participate in their children's spiritual growth.
